Live-in accommodation may be available for the right candidate The Wrestlers Pub, a much-loved pub in the heart of Highgate Village, is looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Manager to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone seeking a long-term role within the hospitality industry who is keen to learn, develop and grow with London Village Inns.

As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of our busy pub, supporting both the bar operation and our dining room and restaurant service.

We are looking for someone with a genuine passion for hospitality, food and drink, and someone who takes pride in creating memorable experiences for guests visiting our pub and restaurant.

At London Village Inns, we encourage our managers to express their personalities, contribute ideas, and actively participate in the progression and success of the business.

London Village Inns currently operates seven unique pubs and three boutique hotels, all with their own individual style and character.

We do not consider ourselves a chain, but rather a collection of independent businesses focused on delivering exceptional hospitality.

The Wrestlers is a traditional pub with a strong food offering, and our dining room and restaurant side of the business continue to grow.

This role would suit someone who enjoys the balance of a lively pub atmosphere alongside a quality dining room and restaurant environment.

What we're looking for: At least 12 months' experience in a pub or restaurant in a supervisory role or above
A genuine passion for hospitality, food and drink
A bubbly, friendly and positive personality
Fluent English
A full right to work in the UK
Someone who enjoys working across both pub and restaurant operations
Ideally, someone who lives locally, although this is not essential
