What You'll Be Doing
As Assistant Catering Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring every hospitality experience runs flawlessly from start to finish.
You'll:
Lead and inspire the hospitality team to deliver consistently exceptional service.
Coordinate meeting room hospitality, executive lunches and corporate events with precision.
Ensure every room, table and guest experience reflects the very highest standards.
Deliver outstanding food and beverage service with warmth, professionalism and confidence.
Build trusted relationships with clients, anticipating their needs before they even have to ask.
Oversee daily hospitality operations, ensuring every detail is executed perfectly.
Maintain the highest standards of Health & Safety, Food Safety and Allergen compliance.
Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to elevate service even further.
Who We're Looking For
You're passionate about hospitality because you genuinely enjoy making people feel welcome.
You understand that luxury service isn't about being busyit's about being memorable.
You'll probably have experience working within:
Five-star hotels
Luxury restaurants
Private Members' Clubs
Executive hospitality
Premium corporate hospitality
Fine dining environments
You'll also bring:
Previous supervisory or team leadership experience
