About the role As an Area Specification Manager, you will be trusted to build strong relationships with architects, specifiers, and internal teams.
Youll deliver high-quality project outcomes by ensuring our full product range is specified on the right projects and handed over for successful delivery.
Duties also include: Influencing project specifications using established propositions such as One Spec Identifying, logging, and managing projects within the CRM system Tracking projects through each stage of the pipeline and supporting conversion to orders Collaborating with sales, technical, and commercial teams to provide joined-up support Delivering CPD sessions and attending industry networking events Maintaining accurate CRM records and providing progress updates to stakeholders Supporting marketing activity through case studies and project insights Through your work, youll help strengthen our presence in the regional specification community.
The role also plays an important part in delivering value for our customers and supporting our wider commercial goals.
