This hybrid London-based role focuses on designing, coordinating, delivering and testing Aladdin data interfaces and related data flows across front-to-back investment workflows. The consultant will play a key role in ensuring critical Day-1 integrations are implemented in line with a wider programme roadmap, working closely with business, technology and product teams as well as external managers, vendors and other implementation workstreams.

Responsibilities

  • Support the design and implementation of inbound and outbound Aladdin interfaces across front-to-back investment workflows.
  • Coordinate the delivery and testing of Aladdin interfaces and related data flows to ensure Day-1 critical integrations are ready in line with the programme roadmap.
  • Capture, review and validate interface requirements arising from business process reviews, target-state workflows and Target Operating Model outcomes.
  • Collaborate with implementation teams, internal product and build teams, client stakeholders, third-party vendors, external managers and service providers to align interface activities.
  • Support the planning, sequencing and tracking of interface deliverables, ensuring they remain aligned with the overall Aladdin programme roadmap.
  • Maintain interface project plans, track risks and issues, manage dependencies and update internal delivery tools to provide accurate status reporting.
  • Contribute to governance activities by preparing documentation, status updates and materials for steering committees and other governance forums.
  • Define detailed interface requirements and produce clear design documentation for data flows and integration points.
  • Support test planning for interfaces, including test case definition, test execution coordination and quality assurance of investment data flows.
  • Coordinate defect triage and resolution related to interface and data integration issues, ensuring timely remediation and re-testing.
  • Manage release readiness for interface changes, including documentation, sign-offs and alignment with broader programme release cycles.
  • Apply strong knowledge of investment data domains such as security master, prices and market data, positions, trades, cash flows, corporate actions, benchmarks, analytics and risk data to ensure data quality and integrity within interfaces.
  • Work across Front Office, Risk, Middle Office, Compliance, Accounting, Data and Configuration workstreams to understand data dependencies and ensure robust target-state data architecture.
  • Contribute to the design of target-state data flows and data architecture to support investment processes and reporting.
  • Support the creation of analytics use cases and reporting solutions leveraging Aladdin data, where required.

Essential Skills

  • At least 5 years experience delivering data integration, interface or investment data solutions within asset management platforms.
  • Proven experience designing, building, validating or coordinating inbound and outbound Aladdin interfaces across front-to-back investment workflows.
  • Strong understanding of investment data architecture, including target-state data flows and dependencies across Front Office, Risk, Middle Office, Compliance, Accounting, Data and Configuration workstreams.
  • Experience capturing, reviewing and validating interface requirements from business process reviews, target-state workflows and Target Operating Model outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate interface activities across implementation teams, internal product and build teams, client stakeholders, third-party vendors, external managers and service providers.
  • Experience supporting the planning, sequencing and tracking of interface deliverables in line with an overarching Aladdin programme roadmap.
  • Experience maintaining interface project plans, tracking risks and issues, managing dependencies and updating internal delivery tools to support transparent delivery management.
  • Strong experience with investment data domains including security master, prices and market data, positions, trades, cash flows, corporate actions, benchmarks, analytics and risk data.
  • Ability to define interface requirements and produce high-quality design documentation for data flows and integrations.
  • Experience supporting test planning, coordinating defect resolution and managing release readiness for data interface changes.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across business, technology and external partners.
  • Experience in implementation and configuration activities related to data integration solutions.
