Whether you want regular weekly hours, selected shifts or additional work alongside your existing commitments, we would love to discuss your availability.

You will support people within their own homes, helping them remain safe, independent and connected to their local community.

Pay and Benefits
  • £14.00 per hour on weekdays
  • £17.00 per hour at weekends

Flexible Working Options

We have a variety of shifts available throughout Cornwall, including:

  • Morning shifts: 6:30/7:00am - 2:00pm
  • Evening shifts: 4:00pm - 10:00pm
  • Some 12-hour shifts
  • Weekday and weekend availability
  • Regular hours available on a long-term agency basis

Your Role

Working as part of a Rapid Response Team, you will provide compassionate and reliable care to individuals in their own homes. Your responsibilities may include:

  • Providing personal care with dignity and respect
  • Supporting with medication and preparing meals
  • Assisting with light household tasks
  • Accompanying people to appointments or community activities
  • Promoting independence, choice and wellbeing
  • Building positive relationships with individuals and their families
  • Responding flexibly when a person's care needs change
About You
  • A caring, patient and compassionate approach
  • Good communication skills
  • The confidence to work independently
  • Reliability and a flexible attitude
  • A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
  • The right to work in the UK
  • Up-to-date mandatory training is desirable, but refresher training can be provided.
