Overview
We're looking for an experienced Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Audience Manager to join a growing Customer Data & Activation team.

This is a hands-on technical role focused on building, managing and optimising customer audiences within Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RT-CDP).

Working across a modern Adobe Mar Tech ecosystem, you'll build audience solutions, manage customer identities and profiles, support data ingestion, and enable audience activation across digital and marketing channels.

This role is ideal for professionals with experience in AEP, Mar Tech Engineering, Solution Architecture, CDPs, or Customer Data Management.

The Opportunity
Own the design and delivery of audience solutions that support personalisation, customer engagement and marketing activation.

Work closely with Product, Data, Engineering, Analytics and Marketing teams to maximise the value of customer data.

Act as a subject matter expert for Adobe Experience Platform and RT-CDP.

Key Responsibilities
Build, manage and optimise audiences within Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and RT-CDP.

Create and maintain XDM schemas, datasets, identities and profile configurations.

Design and manage customer identity resolution strategies and identity graphs.

Support batch, streaming and edge-based data ingestion pipelines.

Configure audience qualification and activation workflows.

Support Adobe Launch (Tags), Web SDK and Mar Tech integrations.

Monitor data quality, audience performance and platform health.

Ensure GDPR compliance, data governance and platform best practice.

Skills & Experience
Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and RT-CDP.

Experience building and managing audiences within enterprise CDP environments.

Strong understanding of XDM schemas, datasets, customer profiles and identity management.

Experience supporting customer data ingestion and activation.

Knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud technologies, including Launch/Tags and Web SDK.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Experience working within large enterprise or matrix organisations.

Desirable Experience
Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).

Solution Architecture, Mar Tech Engineering or Data Engineering background.

Experience integrating CDPs with CRM, analytics and customer engagement platforms.

Knowledge of consent management and data governance frameworks.
