As part of the engineering team, you will play a key role in maintaining and improving production line efficiency through effective fault finding, preventative maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

How will you make an impact Provide critical breakdown support across a complex 24/7 production site from conveyors through to fully automated milk filling and packing equipment.

Carry out planned, preventative maintenance and servicing activities as planned via the CMMS system Troubleshoot and diagnose breakdowns using structure problem solving techniques and drive continuous improvement to improve operational efficiencies.

Champion health and safety by adhering to safety standards, SOPs and participating in risk assessment Support and lean into projects across the site, both small and large, actively inputting to site development and performance.

Grow with Arla Experience in an FMCG, Food or regulated manufacturing environment, working at pace in a maintenance engineer or similar Ideally you will be time served/ apprentice trained as an electrical, mechanical or Multiskilled Engineer qualified to a minimum NVQ Level 3/ ONC / City & Guilds or higher.

Structured problem solving experience, Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and faulting finding and able to work under pressure.
