Role:
We are looking for a motivated and people-focused individual to join our onsite team within a busy warehouse operation.
This is a varied role where you will work closely with our temporary workforce, helping to drive attendance, performance, engagement and retention.
The successful candidate will be a confident communicator who enjoys working with people, providing clear feedback and supporting individuals to achieve their best.
You will play a key role in creating a positive working environment while ensuring operational standards are maintained.
Key Responsibilities
- Build positive working relationships with temporary workers and site management.
- Monitor and manage attendance, absence and workforce attrition.
- Provide clear, constructive feedback on performance and conduct.
- Motivate and engage employees to achieve performance targets.
- Conduct return-to-work discussions and welfare conversations where required.
- Support the onboarding and induction of new starters.
- Act as the first point of contact for workforce queries and concerns.
- Maintain accurate workforce records and reports.
- Carry out general administrative duties using Microsoft Windows-based systems.
About You
