REQUIRED SKILLS/ QUALIFICATIONS Minimum of a year's post-RICS qualification
Member of AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS
VRS registered
Technical Residential Surveying experience
Ability to work to deadlines
Confident user of MS Office
BENEFITS Basic salary £45,000 (depending on experience)
Car allowance £4,800 + mileage
Fee Share (15K - 25K OTE)
