Our client, a high-profile organisation of international repute and one of the largest employers in Liverpool, is looking for a Technical IT Project Manager to join them whilst they look to implement a new HR Case Management Solution. Our client has a unique user base of 30,000.
Joining a wider dedicated team, you will take responsibility for establishing and maintaining the project delivery framework, plans, controls, and stakeholder coordination necessary to ensure successful implementation of the solution across HR, Business Systems, IT services, and suppliers.
Essential Skills and Experience:- You will be an experienced Project Manager having delivered technology projects within a large-scale complex environment.
- Evidence of having delivered technology-enabled business change and software implementations; HR systems or similar projects would be highly beneficial, as would any experience with Case Management Platforms and PeopleXD.
- You will have experience of agile and waterfall project management methodologies.
- Proven previous accountability for sizeable budgets and experience in managing vendors/supplier relationships.
- You will hold a degree, equivalent qualification, or be qualified by experience.
- PMP, APM or Prince 2 certified (Practitioner Level).
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract. Our client offers an excellent work/life balance with ongoing professional development support. In addition to this, you would be offered some exceptional benefits which include a generous leave entitlement, in excess of 40 days - inclusive of public holidays, and an exceptional pension contribution of 21%.
This is a hybrid role with a requirement to be onsite in central Liverpool 2 days a week, and so you must currently live within a commutable distance of central Liverpool to be considered.
