Your new company Hays Education is working with a primary school based in Formby, Sefton who are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to deliver targeted maths intervention support to pupils who need extra help to catch up and build confidence in numeracy.
Your new role You'll work with small groups and individual pupils, delivering structured maths interventions and reinforcing key mathematical concepts across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. The school uses White Rose Maths, but they are happy to consider applications from people with experience of supporting various Primary Maths programmes such as FirstClass@Number, Numbers Count or similar evidence-based maths interventions.
