Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop a defined portfolio of retail accounts, acting as the key commercial contact for buying, merchandising, and marketing teams
  • Deliver against net revenue, sell-in, and sell-through targets on a seasonal and annual basis
  • Build and manage order books, forecasting, and in-season trading to maximise account performance
  • Identify growth opportunities within your account base, including new categories, additional SKUs, and SMUs
  • Present seasonal ranges at sell-in, tailored to each account's commercial needs
  • Analyse sell-through data and stock levels to manage the account order book effectively
  • Provide regular forecasts and trading updates, flagging risks and opportunities early
  • Work closely with marketing, supply chain, and product teams to deliver joint account plans

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in a KAM, account management, or wholesale sales role within sports, fashion, or footwear
  • Existing relationships with key UK sports or fashion retailers
  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of hitting and exceeding revenue targets
  • Confident presenter, able to influence buyers and senior retail stakeholders
  • Analytical and data-literate, comfortable with sell-through data and sales forecasting
  • Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel nationally
