IT Project Manager - Contract - Liverpool
Β£400/day (Outside IR35) | 6 Months | 3 Days Onsite
We're recruiting on behalf of a large organisation in Liverpool for an experienced IT Project Manager to join on a 6-month contract. This is a great opportunity for a PM who enjoys leading complex, technology-focused projects and driving real change in a fast-paced environment.
The Role:
Manage projects through the full lifecycle, from initiation to delivery and closure
Develop project plans, timelines, governance structures and resource requirements
Manage risks, issues, dependencies and scope changes
Lead project meetings, workshops and stakeholder forums
Work closely with business and technology teams to ensure successful delivery
Provide clear reporting and updates to sponsors and senior stakeholders
Support the implementation of new processes and ways of working
Ensure projects adhere to governance, compliance and documentation standards
What You'll Bring:
Proven experience delivering projects within a complex business or technology environment
Experience delivering supply chain-related projects, ideally within a retail environment
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience managing multiple priorities, risks and dependencies
Solid understanding of project governance and change management principles
Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
Desirable:
Experience delivering technology transformation projects
Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery methodologies
PRINCE2, APM or Agile certification
Contract Details:
Rate: Β£400/day, Outside IR35
Duration: 6 months
Location: Liverpool, 3 days onsite per week
