From coordinating freight movements and managing intake planning to working with HMRC and international partners, you'll be at the centre of a fast-paced operation where no two days are the same. You'll use data and insight to identify opportunities, minimise risk and help ensure our products reach stores and customers exactly when they need to.
What You'll Be Doing

- Work closely with Trading, Merchandising, Distribution Centres, freight forwarders, carriers and international partners to manage shipments from origin through to delivery.
- Monitor shipment schedules, container utilisation and capacity to maximise efficiency and minimise costs.
- Build strong partnerships with Merchandising teams to understand critical paths and ensure priority products arrive on time.
- Manage day-to-day shipment queries, resolving issues quickly and keeping stakeholders informed.
- Produce regular reports and performance analysis, highlighting risks, opportunities and actions to improve service and efficiency.
- Monitor freight performance, carrier transit times, duty payments and customs compliance.
- Plan UK landside deliveries, balancing customs clearance, DC capacity and haulier availability.
- Coordinate international export activity, ensuring all documentation is accurate and completed within required timescales.
- Liaise with HMRC on customs-related queries and ensure all import and export documentation meets regulatory requirements.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying efficiencies and working collaboratively with internal and external partners.
About You
You'll be someone who enjoys working in a fast-moving environment where organisation, communication and problem solving are key. You're comfortable managing multiple priorities, building relationships with a wide range of stakeholders and using data to make informed decisions.
