In this role you will:
- Install and commission HV transformers, switchgear (AIS/GIS) and substation equipment
- Carry out HV cable terminations, busbar connections and auxiliary wiring
- Support FAT, SAT and site energisation
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures, standards and client requirements
- Travel to sites across the UK (company HQ in Norwich)
This role would suit a HV Installation Technician with at least 5 years' experience working from 11kV up to 400kV, who is looking for long-term development, training, and the chance to work on some of the UK's most exciting HV projects.
The Person:
- Experience in HV installation (33kV +)
- Ability to travel nationwide with expensed accommodation included
