Our client a leading law firm recognised by both Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners is looking for an experienced Housing Disrepair specialist to take the reins as Head of Litigation , leading a strong team handling pre and post-litigated HDR matters.
This isn't just about running your own files it's about shaping how a team performs.
You'll manage capacity, motivate and develop your people through regular 1-2-1s, and make sure every client gets a high standard of service, delivered on time and to target.
What you'll be doing:
Leading and supervising a team of litigators handling Housing Disrepair matters
Managing workload distribution and team capacity
Supporting, coaching and motivating your team to perform
Driving case progression and results while maintaining exceptional client care
Acting as a genuine ambassador for the firm's values and standards
What you'll bring:
Qualified Solicitor, minimum 5+ years PQE
Demonstrable expertise in Housing Disrepair and Civil Litigation
Proven experience leading or supervising a litigation team
Excellent technical knowledge of CPR and Housing Conditions case law
Strong negotiation, communication and client care skills
A target-driven mindset balanced with genuine care for outcomes
Personal Injury experience would be an advantage, though not essential
