Vitaflo International Ltd are currently looking to recruit a Care Coordinator to be based in our head office, on a full-time permanent contract. Reporting directly to the Customer Care Manager, the successful candidate will be part of a team supporting circa 2.3k patients with specific dietary needs. Our phone lines are open Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm, and the successful candidate will be expected to cover 34 hours per week. We operate a hybrid working policy.

As part of the Vitaflo to You team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing patients' supplies of medical feeds.
  • Supporting patients by checking stock levels to ensure that they are rotating stock correctly, raising their order in line with their regime and needs.
  • Managing repeat prescription process and working closely with our in-house pharmacy team to ensure speedy delivery.
  • Liaising closely with dieticians, GP practices and external pharmacies to deliver a professional and supportive experience for our patients.
