Workshop Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing business based in Bordon looking to add a reliable Warehouse Operative to its operations team, with opportunity of career progression.

As a Warehouse Operative , you'll play a key role in ensuring customer orders are picked, packed and dispatched accurately while helping maintain a safe, organised warehouse.

This is a varied Warehouse Operative role with opportunities to develop your skills across warehouse operations and stock management.

Hours 8.15-5pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30-4pm on Friday.

Key Responsibilities Pick, pack and quality check customer orders.

Receive, book in and replenish stock.

Load and unload deliveries, including containers.

Operate forklift trucks where trained.

Prepare pallet, trade and courier shipments.

Complete stock counts and maintain inventory accuracy.

Maintain a clean, safe and organised warehouse.

Support daily warehouse administration and courier processes.

Skills & Experience Previous warehouse experience.

Counter Balance forklift is essential.

Good numeracy and basic IT skills.

High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Able to work efficiently and meet deadlines.

Health & Safety conscious with a proactive attitude.

Fire Marshal or First Aid training is beneficial but not essential.

This Warehouse Operative position offers stable Monday to Friday hours with no weekend working, 25 days' annual leave plus Bank Holidays, and the chance to join a supportive team within a successful business.
