We're recruiting for a Registered Branch Manager to lead a well-established community care branch supporting an Extra Care scheme in Liskeard .

Package & Benefits Salary of £32,000 to £34,000 per annum. 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.

The Role As the Registered Branch Manager , you will: Lead the day-to-day delivery of high-quality care across the branch and Extra Care service.

Recruit, manage, coach and develop a high-performing care team.

Ensure compliance with CQC regulations, safeguarding requirements and company policies.

Monitor branch performance, budgets and KPIs to deliver safe, effective and commercially successful services.

Ensure appropriate staffing levels are maintained to meet service demand while delivering outstanding standards of care.

Build positive relationships with service users, families, local authorities and healthcare professionals.

Drive continuous improvement while maintaining exceptional standards of care, compliance and customer satisfaction.

Support business growth while ensuring outstanding quality and regulatory performance.

About You To be successful, you'll have: Experience as a Branch Manager, Registered Care Manager or CQC Registered Manager within adult social care.

Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, safeguarding, governance and the statutory framework relating to domiciliary care, community care or Extra Care services.

Experience managing operational performance, budgets, compliance, quality standards and business performance.

A proven ability to lead, motivate and develop successful care teams.

Excellent communication, organisational and stakeholder management skills.

Good commercial awareness with the ability to balance quality care and operational performance.

A genuine passion for delivering outstanding person-centred care.
