We are looking for a professional, friendly, and enthusiastic Front Office Associate to join the team at Lingfield Park Marriott Hotel & Country Club. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and memorable experience from check-in through to departure. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced hospitality environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.
Main Responsibilities
- Welcoming guests and delivering a high standard of customer service at all times
- Managing guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and professionally
- Handling guest enquiries, requests, and complaints in a courteous manner
- Processing reservations, payments, and daily reports accurately
- Answering telephone calls and responding to emails promptly
- Supporting other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Maintaining high standards of presentation within the Front Office area
- Ensuring all Marriott brand standards and procedures are followed
What We Are Looking For
- Previous customer service or hotel reception experience is preferred but not essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive, can-do attitude with a passion for hospitality
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
- Good IT skills and confidence using booking systems
