Your journey: Sales Development Representative (SDR) TO Senior Sales Development Representative TO Junior Account Manager TO Account Manager - OTE £70,000 Uncapped! The SDR role is where that journey starts. You will be the first point of contact for prospective customers, helping organisations discover smarter ways to work through workplace technology, managed print, document solutions and IT services. You will identify opportunities, start meaningful business conversations and create high-quality sales opportunities for our account management teams.
What you will be doing:
- You will be part of the engine room of our growth team, identifying new opportunities, speaking with potential customers and booking meetings for our sales teams.
- Day to day, you will:
- Research companies and identify potential opportunities using warm prospect data provided by Apogee
- Identify key decision-makers within organisations
- Build relationships through professional and engaging conversations
- Understand business challenges and explore how Apogee can help
- Qualify inbound and outbound opportunities
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams on targeted campaigns
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline activity
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking to people, thrives on achieving goals and wants to build a long-term career in professional B2B sales. A typical working pattern is Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, with a one-hour lunch break. Following successful completion of probation, employees can typically work from home two days per week.
