We are looking to recruit a Plumber to join our team in the South Lincolnshire area.
About the Role
Working across our social housing properties throughout Lincoln, Grantham, Boston and Spalding, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality domestic plumbing repairs and maintenance services for residents. You will carry out a wide range of plumbing works including the repair, maintenance and installation of sanitary ware, pipework, taps, toilets, baths, showers, sinks, hot and cold-water systems, waste systems and associated domestic plumbing components. You will diagnose faults, identify root causes and complete repairs safely and efficiently to achieve a first-time fix wherever possible. Working within occupied and void properties, you will ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health and safety requirements, company procedures and customer service expectations. Using a handheld device, you will receive and manage work orders, record job outcomes and communicate effectively with residents to deliver an excellent customer experience.
About You
You will be an experienced plumber with a strong background in domestic repairs and maintenance. You will have excellent fault-finding skills, a proactive approach to problem solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship and customer service. Experience of working within social housing, local authority or responsive repairs environments would be advantageous. You will be comfortable working independently, and meeting performance targets while maintaining high standards of safety and compliance. This role requires a customer-focused individual who takes pride in their work, communicates professionally with residents and colleagues and contributes positively to the communities we serve.
Essential Qualifications Required:
- C&G Craft or Level 2 in relevant trade or equivalent or working towards
- G3 Qualified
- JIB-PMES CSCS Card Blue or working towards
- You must have your own basic tools and hold a valid full or automatic UK driving licence held for a minimum of 12 months as a company vehicle will be provided (work use only)
