CDS Labour is recruiting an experienced Night Baker to join a busy and well-established bakery producing high-quality breads for retail and wholesale customers.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who takes pride in their craft and thrives in a fast-paced production environment.
Shift Pattern:
- 40 hours per week (5 days over 7)
- Night shifts between 10:00pm and 6:00am
- Monday night to Saturday morning
- Part-time and full-time options available
Your Role:
- Mixing, shaping, and baking traditional & continental breads
- Working confidently with sourdough (starter & fermentation control)
- Supporting daily production for retail & wholesale orders
- Maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene
- Working efficiently within a production team
