We're recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Engineer to join one of Lincolnshire's largest manufacturing sites. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with a huge variety of machinery and equipment, offering plenty of technical challenges and opportunities to develop your skills.

The Role:

  • Working 12 hr days and nights
  • Planned and reactive maintenance
  • Electrical and mechanical fault finding
  • Continuous improvement activities
  • Supporting site performance and reliability

What We're Looking For:

  • Engineering qualification (Apprenticeship, NVQ, City & Guilds or equivalent)
  • Manufacturing experience (Ideally food)
  • Strong electrical and/or mechanical fault-finding skills
  • Right to work in the UK
