Are you a Digital Marketing Manager, PPC Manager or Digital Account Manager with experience across Google Ads and SEO, looking to step into a varied role combining hands-on digital marketing with people management and client strategy?

On offer is the opportunity to join an established, award-winning digital agency with an employee-owned culture. You'll work across a varied portfolio of clients while helping lead and develop the digital marketing team, with ongoing support available to strengthen your management and leadership skills.

In this role, you'll take ownership of key client campaigns across PPC and SEO, with a particular focus on Google Ads. Alongside campaign delivery, you'll support and develop members of the digital team, maintain quality standards and act as a senior point of contact for clients. You don't need to be a technical specialist in every channel; the business is looking for a strong all-round digital marketer with the right attitude, commercial awareness and ability to get the best from people.

This role would suit a Digital Marketing Manager, PPC Manager, Paid Media Manager, Digital Account Manager or Senior Digital Marketing Executive with Google Ads and SEO experience who is looking to combine hands-on marketing with team leadership.

The Role

  • Manage and optimise Google Ads and PPC campaigns
  • Develop and oversee SEO and digital marketing strategies
  • Manage key client accounts and campaign performance
  • Support, coach and develop PPC and SEO specialists
  • Lead 1-2-1s and personal development plans
  • Maintain quality standards across client campaigns
  • Support client retention, growth and new proposals
  • Hybrid / flexible working

The Person

  • 3+ years' digital marketing experience
  • Strong Google Ads / PPC knowledge
  • Good understanding of SEO
  • People management or team leadership experience
  • Confident managing client relationships
  • Google Ads certification advantageous
  • Strong communication and commercial skills
  • Able to attend team meetings in Lincoln when required
