Due to the continued growth of our company, we are recruiting a Customer Service and Compliance Administrator in our office on Doddington Road, Lincoln.
Your Job
NO LEGAL EXPERIENCE NECESSARY
Simpler Law is looking for a Customer Service and Compliance Administrator to join our team at our Head Office in Lincoln. This is a full-time position, typically working Monday to Friday between the hours of 9-5:30pm.
In this role, youll play an important part in ensuring our clients receive an outstanding service while helping us maintain the highest standards of compliance. Youll review recorded client calls to ensure they meet our high quality standards, provide feedback where appropriate and maintain accurate records of your findings.
Youll also contact existing clients to carry out short surveys, giving them the opportunity to share feedback on the advice and service theyve received. Your work will help us continually improve the experience we provide to every client so this role would suit someone with a keen eye for detail and a passion for customer service.
All training will be provided with additional support and knowledge on an ongoing basis.
