Class 1 Night Driver required for an excellent temp-to-perm opportunity in Lichfield! We are currently recruiting experienced Class 1 Night Drivers to join a well-established operation offering Monday to Friday nights, no weekends, with regular start times.

This is an excellent opportunity for a driver looking for a consistent rota and the chance to secure a full-time permanent position.

Pay & Earnings

  • Salary works out to £42,900 per annum, based on a 46.25 hour week after 45 min breaks.
  • Effective hourly rate: £17.83 per hour based on 10-hour shifts.
  • Additional earning opportunities available through overtime.

The Role

  • Curtain side work, 6 to 10 movements per shift.
  • Deliveries and collections to a pallet site 5 minutes from the yard (not much driving at all).
  • Back and forth between sites, opening and closing the curtain each time, no handball required.
  • 10-hour shift average.
  • Start time is 19:00 each evening.
  • No handball.
  • All vehicles are 2023 or newer.
