Blue Arrow are recruiting for a hard-working, loyal, and dedicated people to work at a various educational sites across Sussex.

You will be working with friendly teams to help cater for the students and staff.

Main duties and responsibilities of the Kitchen Assistant/Porter

  • To wash pots and other kitchen equipment
  • To use the dishwasher efficiently and correctly, you may also be tasked with some basic food preparation.
  • The Food Service Assistant aspect of the role will entail serving food and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.
  • To maintain the Company's standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
  • To maintain the cleanliness of the stores and refrigerator areas.
  • To ensure that foods and non-food products are correctly put away in rotation.
  • Serving food and using the tills
