An established manufacturer and supplier of corrugated packaging solutions is seeking a Corrugated Production Operative to join its production team in Hertfordshire. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a friendly and supportive team producing high-quality, bespoke corrugated packaging products. Key Responsibilities
- Operate production machinery and equipment to manufacture bespoke corrugated packaging products.
- Follow standard operating procedures and health & safety guidelines to ensure efficient and safe production processes.
- Adhere to quality, hygiene, and safety accreditation standards.
- Carry out quality inspections throughout the manufacturing process and on finished products to ensure specifications are met.
- Assemble components and packaging products as required.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain production targets and quality standards.
Skills and Experience Required
- Good numeracy and arithmetic skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a quality-focused approach.
- Ability to accurately measure and check dimensions.
- Previous experience within a manufacturing or production environment.

Working Hours
This role operates on an 8-hour shift pattern between 6:00am and 6:00pm, Monday to Friday, depending on production requirements and with prior notice from the Line Manager. Typical working hours are:
- Monday to Wednesday: 8:00am - 5:00pm
- Thursday: 7:00am - 4:00pm
- Friday: 8:00am - 5:00pm
