Location: Letchworth
Salary: £26,500 per annum
Monday to Thursday: 8:30am 5:00pm
Friday: 8:30am 4:00pm
36.5-hour working week
Urus Recruitment is currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established manufacturing company based in Letchworth. Due to continued growth, our client is looking for a reliable and hardworking Machine Operator to join their production team on a permanent basis.

The Role
As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating machinery, supporting production activities, and assisting with warehouse operations to ensure orders are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and maintain machinery to support production requirements
Load and unload materials onto machinery
Handle heavy materials safely and efficiently
Store and organise materials within designated warehouse areas
Assist with picking and packing customer orders
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment
Support the wider warehouse and production team as required
Requirements
Previous experience operating machinery is preferred
Warehouse experience is advantageous
Ability to carry out heavy lifting and manual handling duties
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Reliable, motivated, and able to work as part of a team
Driving licence preferred but not essential
