We're looking for an experienced and influential HR leader to join our Tyrrells manufacturing business, supporting our site in Leominster. Reporting into the Head of Manufacturing Tyrrells, you'll shape and deliver the people agenda, build leadership capability, and help create an engaging, high-performing culture where colleagues feel empowered to do their best work.
As HR Lead, you'll be a trusted advisor to senior leaders, leading organisational change, driving engagement, and championing continuous improvement through the Intersnack Work System (IWS). You'll also lead a small Learning & Development and Facilities team, ensuring we continue to create an exceptional colleague experience while delivering outstanding business results.
Tyrrells is one of the UK's most loved crisp brands and part of KP Snacks. In Leominster, approximately 140 colleagues work together across manufacturing, engineering and warehouse operations to create premium products enjoyed by consumers across the UK and beyond.

What will you be doing?
- Leading the people strategy
- Partner with the Head of Manufacturing and site leadership teams to develop and deliver strategic people plans that support business performance, growth and colleague engagement at Leominster.
- Driving culture and organisational excellence through IWS
- Lead the Organisation Pillar as part of the Intersnack Work System, embedding ownership, leadership capability and continuous improvement while creating a culture built on trust, accountability and empowerment.
- Leading transformational change and organisational development
- Shape and deliver complex change programmes, ensuring colleagues and leaders are supported through evolving ways of working, organisational change and key business initiatives including Project One and KP4All.
- Developing leaders and building capability
- Coach, support and challenge leaders at all levels to strengthen performance, engagement and values-led leadership, while developing the capability of the wider HR and Learning & Development teams.
- Creating an outstanding colleague experience
- Use insight, data and feedback to influence decisions, improve people processes and drive positive outcomes across workforce planning, talent, succession, engagement, employee relations, communications and performance.
