Administrative Assistant (Part-Time)
Location: Leominster, Herefordshire
Salary: £14.00 - £16.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Hours: 12 hours per week, ideally spread across 3 mid-week days (flexible AM or PM shifts)
We are looking for a reliable and organised Administrative Assistant to join our clients friendly team in Leominster. This is a part-time position offering 12 hours per week, ideally worked across three mid-week days, with flexibility for either morning or afternoon hours.
The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting the day-to-day administration of the business and ensuring the smooth running of the office.
Key Responsibilities General administrative duties
Answering and directing telephone calls
Data entry and record maintenance
Scanning and filing documents
Using Sage for accounting and administrative tasks
Preparing and updating documents using Microsoft Word and Excel
Learning and using the ERP software, Fortee (full training provided)
About You The ideal candidate will:
Be fully conversant with Sage
Have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Be confident, organised and detail-oriented
Have a professional and friendly telephone manner
Be willing to learn new systems and processes
Be able to work independently and manage their time effectively
