Taskmaster Resources Ltd is currently recruiting for an Account Handler to join a busy and friendly team based in Leigh.
This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and detail-oriented individual with strong customer service and administrative skills. You'll be responsible for managing client accounts, handling enquiries, and ensuring a high standard of service in a fast-paced office environment.
The position is initially offered on a temporary basis, with the potential to become long-term for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain a portfolio of client accounts.
Respond to customer enquiries via telephone and email.
Process orders, account updates, and customer information accurately.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Provide administrative support to internal departments.
Ensure all customer records are accurate, up to date, and compliant with company procedures.
Deliver excellent customer service at all times.
Monitor KPIs such as on-time deliveries and service issues
About You To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience in an account handling, administration, or customer service role (preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and email systems.
The ability to manage your workload effectively and prioritise tasks.
A proactive attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
