The Opportunity: Regional Sales Executive
Contract: Permanent
Location: Leicestershire

The Impact you will have:
- Sell the complete range of new and used MHE, counterbalance and warehouse equipment to all business types in a specific patched location.
- Sell service maintenance contracts and other value add opportunities for the Company based on the solutions required to satisfy the customer's need(s).
- Actively develop business in the specific patched location, including knowledge of customer future requirements and competitor information.
- Achieve a specified call rate to ensure participation in territory potential and market share.
- Actively seek opportunities to build with key personnel in organisations.
- Proactively manage time effectively for maximum results.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of placing orders and generating quotations, as specified by the company.
- Maintain accurate activity and customer records within Briggs Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
- Liaise with Briggs suppliers and internal department to ensure a high level of sales administration accuracy.
What will help you to excel in this role:
- Demonstrable direct sales experience, ideally capital goods equipment or logistics, preferably within the Materials Handling industry.
- Demonstrable product, sector and industry knowledge, commercially minded.
- Knowledge of storage and logistics systems.
- Understanding of marketing principles and account planning processes.
- Ability to communicate convincingly both orally and in writing to all levels.
- Numerically competent.
- Experience of selling equipment and service contracts.
- Experience of organising and prioritising a demanding workload.
- Understanding of different contract types.
- Ability to engage with customers.
