On offer is the opportunity for a Toolmaker to join a local and well-established business who specialise in making hardened production, pre-production, prototype and POS tools for the automotive, medical and defence industries.
Having been established in the 80's, this business has recently undergone and buy out and is now looking to expand it's operations and grow steadily over the coming years.
In this role, the successful Toolmaker would be responsible for creating, repairing and maintaining custom, precision parts, molds and devices for a range of different customers ranging from the Mo D, Nokia, Jaguar and more.
You will be given autonomy as well as the opportunity to learn new skills from other skilled Toolmakers within the business.
The ideal Toolmaker would be local to the site in Leicester and have previously worked in a similar role.
The
Role: Tool design and fabrication.
Machine operation.
Precision inspection.
Maintenance and troubleshooting.
Collaboration and improvement.
Monday to Thursday 7am to 4pm, Friday 7am to 1pm.
Overtime and weekend work is optional.
The
Person: Toolmaker or similar, or Want to become a toolmaker with transferable skills.
