Are you a Junior Mechanical Maintenance Engineer or similar from a machine tool, workshop or CNC maintenance background, looking for a days-based, stable role offering a great work-life balance?

In this role you will be working within a tight-knit maintenance team for this manufacturing company, who specialise in manufacturing parts for the heavy plant industry, working with some of the biggest brands like JCB. You will be repairing, maintaining and servicing anything from CNC Mills, Lathes and more, with specific training given by experienced members of the team to make you an expert.

This longstanding company have operated since the 1960's and produce a range of components for a variety of industries but specialise in heavy plant machinery. They are renowned for their high staff retention and great reputation as engineers, priding themselves on providing training and developing employees.

This role would suit a Junior Maintenance Engineer who has experience maintaining CNC machinery, looking for plenty of training and guidance to make you an expert within the industry.

The Role:

  • Maintaining a variety of machine tools including mills, lathes and more
  • A mix of PPM and maintenance
  • Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 3:00pm
  • Plenty of mechanical and electrical training from senior staff

  • Junior maintenance engineer or similar
  • Some mechanical knowledge
  • Commutable to Leicester
