Were seeking an experience Bookkeeper to join their Leicestershire office on a 12-month contract with a salary of £30,000 - £35,000 on offer.
The office is commutable from Ibstock, Coalville, Hinckley, Barwell, Desford, Leicester and all areas of West and Central Leicestershire.
The successful candidate must be able to hit the ground running , take ownership quickly, and operate confidently within a small, close-knit team.
The Role Working directly with the Directors and supporting the wider team, you will manage day-to-day bookkeeping and operational finance activity, alongside wider administrative and procurement responsibilities.
Key responsibilities include: Sales order processing & purchase order processing Raising sales invoices & entering purchase invoices Banking, reconciliations and general bookkeeping Preparing quotes for clients Procurement of hardware/software Managing contract renewals (service, licensing, domains, antivirus etc.) Liaising with clients and technicians regarding procurement requirements Logging support issues when required General office administration and supply ordering Requirements To be considered, you must have: Minimum 2 years experience in a similar office-based role Proficiency in Xero or Sage Strong organisational skills and ability to work independently Excellent written and verbal communication Good understanding of IT systems, Microsoft Office etc. (preferred) Were looking to arrange interviews asap, with an immediate start available for the successful candidate.
