We're looking for an experienced marketing professional to join our Marketing and Communications team to lead marketing activity that supports the growth of Skills for Care's commercial learning and development offer, including The Training Hub, our dedicated training service for the adult social care sector.
As an experienced marketing professional who is confident working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, you'll act as the lead marketing partner for commercial products and services, developing insight-led marketing strategies, and integrated campaigns that increase awareness, customer engagement, and demand.
The role will play a key part in translating commercial priorities and customer needs into effective marketing activity that supports organisational income and growth objectives.

We want our People to be representative of the society we support, this includes all equality characteristics such as age, ethnicity, disability, sexual orientation, gender reassignment, religion or belief. This lived experience from a diverse group of people helps us with all the work that we do and ultimately supports the social care sector to provide the best quality care. We encourage applications from, but not limited to, people from minoritised ethnic backgrounds, people who identify as LGBTQ+ and people with disabilities.
Candidates will always be selected based on experience and potential.
