Senior Business Development Manager Healthcare Staffing | Leeds City Centre | circa £45,000 + Uncapped Commission Our client is an ambitious and fast-growing healthcare staffing provider, delivering workforce solutions to care homes, supported living services, nursing homes and specialist care providers across the UK.
As the business continues to expand, they're looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a proven background in Healthcare Recruitment or Healthcare Staffing Sales to drive new client acquisition and accelerate commercial growth.
This is a pure sales role .
You'll focus exclusively on developing new business and growing client accounts, supported by dedicated Recruitment, Compliance, Payroll and Operations teams who manage delivery.
The Opportunity You'll be responsible for identifying new opportunities, securing new contracts and building long-term partnerships across the healthcare sector.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on winning business, opening new markets and delivering commercial growth.
Key Responsibilities Generate new business within the healthcare and social care sector.
Develop relationships with care homes, supported living providers, nursing homes and specialist care organisations.
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to contract negotiation and account growth.
Maintain an active sales pipeline using CRM systems.
Collaborate with internal delivery teams to ensure an exceptional client experience.
About You We're looking for someone with a strong track record of winning business within the healthcare recruitment or staffing sector.
You'll ideally have: Proven Business Development experience within Healthcare Recruitment, Healthcare Staffing or Social Care Recruitment.
A successful history of generating new clients and growing existing accounts.
Strong commercial awareness with a consultative sales approach.
Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
A self-motivated, target-driven mindset with the ability to work autonomously.
