We're looking for a commercially driven Senior Business Development Manager to lead UK growth, generate new business, and drive revenue across our service offerings. The ideal candidate has a strong track record in IT services sales and can build a predictable, scalable sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- New Business Development
- Target and acquire new SME and mid-market clients across the UK
- Run outbound and inbound sales strategies
- Pipeline & Revenue Management
- Build and manage a pipeline focused on revenue targets
- Own the full sales cycle: lead generation to closure
- Client Engagement
- Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers
- Spot upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Solution Selling
- Sell tailored solutions: eCommerce development, mobile apps, SharePoint/intranet, QA & testing, and support contracts
- Translate technical capability into business value
