We have a fabulous opportunity for you to join our kind and caring team. We support our customers with a range of support needs which may include frailty and dementia; we help them regain or maintain their independence and live well in their own homes. Some of our customers have more complex support needs and may require personal care, including bathing, toileting and getting dressed.
What you'll do:
- We provide 24-hour support to our customers.
- Supporting customers with medication administration and moving and handling tasks, ensuring their safety, wellbeing, and independence.
- Working closely with the care team to follow support plans and reporting any concerns.
- Supporting our customers with everyday daily living activities.
You'll have plenty of time for cuppas, chats and catch ups; there's no rushing from one customer to the next here!

You have:
- A level 2 or above, or equivalent in social care or being willing to work towards this.
- If you've worked in a CQC care setting previously, that would be great!
- Have a positive, caring can-do attitude, and empathy to really make a difference to our customers' lives.
- Previous experience of working with support plans, recording and using information concisely and effectively.
- Knowledge of local community and networks would be brilliant.

The practical bits:
- Permanent, part time (28.5 hpw). Working Thursday, Friday and Saturday, night shifts 21:30-07:00 and 21:30-07:30.
- We pay £50 per sleep in shift and we also make a payment of £14.30 for being on call.
- Able to use technology for creating and updating support plans.
- You'll need an Enhanced DBS check done and we pay for that.
