As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing operational security teams, overseeing the control room function, maintaining client relationships, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, and driving operational excellence across the business.
This is a hands-on role requiring strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day delivery of security services across multiple sites.
Oversee the Control Room operation, ensuring effective scheduling, incident management, and service delivery.
Monitor operational performance and implement improvements where necessary.
Ensure all security assignments are staffed appropriately and operate efficiently.
Prepare, review, and maintain Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS).
Ensure site-specific procedures are in place and regularly updated.
Identify operational risks and implement appropriate control measures.

Essential Requirements
Previous experience in an Operations Manager, Security Manager, or similar role within the security industry.
Strong understanding of manned guarding operations and control room management.
Experience creating and managing Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS).
Excellent people management and leadership skills.
Experience conducting investigations and producing reports.
Strong knowledge of Health & Safety requirements.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Full UK Driving Licence.
SIA licence preferred.
Desirable
Experience working within ACS-accredited security companies.
Knowledge of workforce management and scheduling systems.
First Aid qualification.
