Are you an experienced Litigation Legal Executive looking to join a highly regarded national law firm where you'll handle a genuinely varied caseload and enjoy the flexibility of fully remote or hybrid working?

Our client is looking to recruit a Solicitor, FCILEx or senior fee-earning paralegal to join its specialist Contract Resolution Group, part of a successful Civil Litigation Division.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Litigation Legal Executive to work on a broad range of contractual disputes within a supportive and collaborative team, acting for both Claimants and Defendants across a diverse mix of high-quality work.

The Role You'll manage your own caseload of fast, intermediate and multi-track civil litigation matters, with a particular focus on contractual disputes.

The work is varied, intellectually stimulating and includes both insurance-funded and privately instructed matters.

Typical work includes: Commercial contract disputes Consumer contract claims Misrepresentation Professional negligence Construction disputes Sale of goods and services claims You'll work with both individual and commercial clients, progressing matters from instruction through to resolution while maintaining excellent client service throughout.

About You The successful candidate will be a qualified Solicitor, FCILEx or possess equivalent experience and will be confident managing their own caseload of civil litigation matters.

You'll ideally have: Experience handling contract-based disputes across Fast and Multi-Track claims Strong organisational and case management skills A pragmatic, commercial approach to problem solving Excellent communication and client care skills Experience using case management systems Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office Experience working with insurance-funded clients would be advantageous, although this is not essential.
