Our client, a leading provider of specialist education and care services, is looking to strengthen its senior team with the appointment of a Head of Marketing. This role has arisen as part of continued organisational growth, and the successful candidate will report to the Director of People & Culture, with a dotted line to the Commercial Director.
This is a strategic, brand-led role suited to someone who enjoys ownership and variety leading marketing, employer brand and communications across a multi-site organisation, and managing a team of Marketing Coordinators along the way.

The Role
Developing and delivering the organisations marketing, brand and communications strategy
Leading the evolution of the Employer Value Proposition (EVP) to strengthen recruitment and retention
Producing targeted campaigns for key stakeholders including local authorities, commissioners, social workers, parents and carers
Overseeing digital marketing, including website management, social media and content development
Leading internal communications to keep colleagues informed, engaged and connected to the organisations vision and values
Managing and developing a team of Marketing Coordinators
Managing marketing budgets and external agency relationships
What we are looking for:
Significant senior marketing experience, including delivering organisation-wide strategies
Proven experience leading and developing a marketing team
Experience of employer branding and recruitment marketing, including EVP development
Strong digital marketing experience across website, social and content
Experience of stakeholder engagement with senior internal and external audiences
Degree or professional marketing qualification, or equivalent experience
