I am recruiting for an amazing Client based in Leeds for an experienced Garage Door Installer to join a busy Leeds-based specialist door company. This is a fantastic opportunity to build a long-term career with a business that values quality workmanship, teamwork, and excellent customer service.
Whether you already have experience fitting doors or windows, or you come from a related trade such as carpentry, joinery, engineering, construction, or automatic door installation, we'd love to hear from you. Full training will be provided for candidates with the right attitude and transferable skills.
The Role
- Working alongside our experienced installation team, you'll be responsible for installing high-quality garage doors and entrance doors to residential properties across the region.
- You'll play a key role in delivering an outstanding service while representing the company professionally in customers' homes.
What You'll Be Doing
- Installing and maintaining garage doors, composite, steel and aluminium doors
- Working as part of an experienced installation team
- Assisting with loading, deliveries and site preparation
- Delivering excellent customer service on every installation
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard
What We're Looking For
- Essential
- Previous experience in a relevant trade (construction, carpentry, joinery, engineering, door or window fitting, or similar)
- Construction industry experience
- Full UK driving licence is a must
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, hardworking and motivated
- Desirable
- CSCS Card
- Formal qualification in fenestration or a related trade
- Experience working directly with customers
