Role: FP&A Analyst
Basis: Permanent
Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum
4 days per week in office.
Location: Leeds.

Key Duties
Produce the management pack for assigned divisions each month using the standard CoE template
Consume gross margin actuals from Gross Margin Accountants and overhead actuals from General Accounting
Build and maintain budget and reforecast models for assigned divisions in line with Group timetable
Construct the gross margin bridge (actual vs budget vs prior month) by pulling actuals directly from the ledger/pipeline - not from a report prepared by the GM Accountant
Prepare variance commentary at revenue, GM and overhead level using the bridge as the foundation
Work with the Divisional FD to populate forward-looking narrative and risk/opportunity commentary
Support the Divisional FD in preparing for the monthly performance review with the MD
Identify anomalies in actuals that may indicate accounting errors; flag to Divisional FC
Validate gross margin forecast inputs from the CoE against divisional operational knowledge
Contribute to CoE standardisation: share template improvements with Head of FP&A CoE
Accept and flex division assignments as directed by the Head of FP&A CoE
