Are you an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer looking for a stable Monday to Friday role with a leading facilities management company?
We're recruiting for an Electrical Engineer to join a busy commercial site in Leeds , carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across a wide range of electrical building services.
The Role You'll be responsible for maintaining the electrical infrastructure of a prestigious commercial site, ensuring all systems remain safe, compliant, and fully operational. Working as part of an established engineering team, you'll deliver high-quality maintenance while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
Responding to reactive electrical maintenance tasks
Fault finding and repairs on electrical systems
Maintenance of lighting, power distribution, emergency lighting, fire alarms, and associated building services
Completing maintenance records using a CAFM system
Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation and statutory regulations
Supporting general building services maintenance when required
About You NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds in Electrical Installation or Electrical Maintenance
18th Edition Wiring Regulations
Experience within commercial building maintenance or facilities management
Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
