We are seeking enthusiastic Early Years Teaching Assistants to work in Primary Education.
This is a great opportunity for someone with a love for early childhood education and a desire to make a difference in children's lives.
You will be responsible for: Supporting the classroom teacher in delivering engaging and interactive lessons for early years pupils.
Assist in the planning and organisation of activities that promote learning through play.
Provide 1:1 and small group support to children, ensuring they develop key skills in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
Help to create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing learning environment.
Monitor and track children's progress, sharing observations with the teacher.
Assist with classroom management, encouraging positive behaviour and supporting children's social and emotional development.
Requirements: Previous experience working in an Early Years setting is desirable.
A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years, Childcare, or equivalent.
A thorough understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
A passion for supporting young children's development and learning.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
