What you'll be doing:

  • Working collaboratively as One Team with our other commercial lawyers, with a blend of work you'll be responsible for and matters for which you'll be supporting or supported by other lawyers.
  • Reviewing, drafting and negotiating contracts for a wide range of services and products.
  • Advising on a range of commercial law matters such as consumer law, supply chain & logistics, regulatory and compliance, marketing, data protection and intellectual property.
  • Taking on new challenges, developing professionally and learning from our more senior lawyers.
  • Working closely with management and key stakeholders across the business.

What you'll have:

  • The role is well suited to qualified lawyers with about 1 to 3 years' PQE gained at a well-regarded law firm or business, as well as Newly Qualified lawyers with sufficient commercial experience to demonstrate the skills, judgement and enthusiasm needed for the role.
  • Considerable experience managing contracts while currently working towards SQE or CILEX qualification will also be considered.
  • Previous in-house experience and exposure to the travel and aviation sectors are not essential, but would be an advantage.
  • Experience dealing with commercial contracts.
  • A passion for learning and problem solving.
  • The ability and desire to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment along with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Being rigorous but commercial with excellent attention to detail.
