As a Room Leader, you will:
Plan and deliver activities that meet childrens developmental needs
Provide a safe, nurturing, stimulating environment in line with EYFS standards
Monitor, record, and celebrate milestones in childrens development
Communicate effectively with families to build strong relationships
Lead and support colleagues to maintain high-quality care and learning
Ensure compliance with safeguarding and child protection policies
About You
Were looking for someone with:
Full & relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification essential
Previous experience in an Early Years setting (ideally as a Room Leader, Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Nurse, or Early Years Educator)
Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and child protection
Excellent communication skills and a passion for early childhood education
A commitment to delivering the highest standards of care
